Grizzly Ridge is a quiet community located in West Murrieta, California. Grizzly Ridge is located off the 15 freeway at Clinton Keith, and the nearest cross streets are Washington Avenue and Grizzly Ridge Dr. There are two entrances to the community, one being off of Washington Avenue, with the other being off of Jefferson Street.

Located close to the Santa Rosa Mountains on Murrieta’s West Side, Grizzly Ridge small tightly knit desirable community, as there is a low tax rate here and no HOA, which means Grizzly Ridge homebuyers can get more for their money here than in communities with higher tax rates & HOA dues. Grizzly Ridge was mostly built out by 2003, with most of the homes being built between 1999 and 2003. Grizzly Ridge is located close to schools and the Ralphs shopping center located on the corner of Washington Avenue and Calle De Oso Oro.
